A 100% Benefits Manager (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Benefits Manager on a permanent 100% contract based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Benefits department.

Our client is a financial company responsible for benefits for several professional organisations in Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Support and inform insured persons during their affiliation request;
• Inform companies regarding their questions about benefits;
• Create and enter requests, verify supporting documents and ensure the correct application of benefit calculations;
• Issue decisions, payments and disbursements of conventional social benefits and/or family allowances;
• Correspondence and telephone enquiries with companies or beneficiaries;
• Collaboration with other internal departments;
• Communicate issues to the fund administrators;
• Participate in various meetings;
• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments;
• Consider, implement, apply and communicate regulatory changes;
• Participate in updating and developing the internal IT system;
• Write and update service processes and procedures;
• Various reporting;
• Train new collaborators;
• Participate in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a "Social Insurance Specialist" certificate or at least a course attendance certificate plus experience;
• Solid professional experience and proven expertise in managing family allowance benefits or conventional social benefits;
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
• Used to working in a structured way, in a team, with a client and solution orientation;
• Organised and precise;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomacy and tact;
• High professional ethics;
• Comfortable with numbers and common IT tools (good command of Excel and .csv files);
• Available immediately.
