Transformation Project Manager – FR/GER/ENG - PERMANENT POSITION (M/F)

Your mission:

Do you enjoy managing cross-functional projects, supporting business units in their development and transforming complex needs into concrete solutions?

For one of our clients, a recognised and evolving organisation, we are seeking a bilingual French/German Transformation Project Manager.

In this cross-functional role, you will manage strategic projects and support various teams in the evolution of their processes, services and solutions.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage transformation, digitalisation and process and solution development projects;
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the different stages of projects;
- Ensure risk, cost, deadline and quality monitoring;
- Support business units in identifying, analysing and formalising their needs;
- Analyse issues and develop appropriate solution concepts;
- Prepare recommendations and elements necessary for decision-making;
- Ensure coordination between the different stakeholders;
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and organisational transformation initiatives.

Your profile:

- Higher education in IT, business administration, project management or equivalent training;
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a banking, financial, IT or digital transformation environment;
- Mastery of traditional and/or agile project management methods;
- A HERMES, IPMA, PMI or equivalent certification is an asset;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex issues;
- Autonomy, organisational skills and initiative;
- Ability to unite interlocutors with varied profiles and expertise;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
