Technical Sales Back Office (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a technical-commercial role in the service environment. You support the service technicians with material supply, coordinate various clarifications, and ensure that required components are available on time.
Responsibilities:
Record material requirements from the technical service and organise procurement
Continuously check availability and procurement status of components
Clarify suitable alternatives in case of delivery problems and coordinate further steps
Inform customers and internal contacts about relevant changes and delays
Keep article, price, and technical information up to date in the systems used
Support service personnel with product-related and technical questions
Consider warehouse and inventory information in connection with ongoing assignments
Independently handle administrative tasks related to spare parts and service business
Qualifications:
Technical vocational training with further education in the commercial field
Experience with spare parts, technical customer service, or a comparable environment
Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
Confident use of digital working tools
Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French skills are a great advantage
Customer-oriented and reliable communication
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Enjoy working with service, technical, and other internal specialist departments
