Project Manager Climate and Ventilation Technology (m/f/d)
Building technology that combines architecture and function - this is the core competence of our Rocken partner. As an established planning office, they develop and realise demanding projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation. From the first sketch to the final implementation, the team accompanies new builds, transformations, and sustainable site developments. Complex requirements for energy efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability are confidently mastered. The working method is characterised by interdisciplinary collaboration with architects and builders. Innovative solutions arise through technical know-how and strategic thinking. Ready to help shape the buildings of the future? Our Rocken partner is looking for reinforcement for their dedicated planning team.Responsibilities:
- You independently plan and realise demanding climate and ventilation projects from study to completion
- You develop concepts and coordinate ventilation projects
- You continuously analyse customer needs as well as legal requirements
- As a senior project manager, you keep an eye on costs, quality, and deadlines, lead an internal planning team in the HVAC areas, and support acquisition
Qualifications:
- HVAC engineer FH or ventilation/air conditioning technician HF
- Several years of experience in project management, specialist coordination, and construction management
- Professional consulting at a high quality level with a lot of empathy
- Enthusiasm and team player with pronounced networked thinking
