Junior Technician - Plastering / Painting

Job Description

• Assist technicians and site managers in monitoring construction sites
• Participate in taking measurements and quantity surveys
• Prepare and follow up technical files
• Help with planning and organising work
• Monitor the progress of teams on site
• Participate in site meetings
• Be in contact with teams, suppliers and various stakeholders
• Check the proper execution of work
• Progressively develop towards autonomous management of small sites

We expect

• Technical training in construction / site management / construction economics or equivalent training
• Junior profile accepted
• Some initial experience or good knowledge of construction sites is essential
• An interest in plastering, rendering and painting trades
• Comfortable both on site and in the office
• Good plan reading skills
• Organised, curious and attentive
• Good interpersonal skills with site teams
• Willingness to learn and progressively increase skills
• Driving licence preferred
