Export Specialist / Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Order processing from order to delivery
Export processing including preparation of customs invoices, export lists and export documents (air, sea freight and road transport)
Certification of certificates of origin and invoices
Handling price and delivery time enquiries including preparing quotations
Handling product-specific enquiries
Maintaining customer master data in the ERP system
Scheduling deliveries with freight forwarders, including handling quotation requests and ensuring transport processing as well as invoice control
Managing own customer group (by phone and email) in German and English
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or technical training
Completed further training as an export clerk
Several years of experience in export
Good English skills, spoken and written
High degree of customer orientation, resilience and teamwork
