Do you want to design modern IT architectures, optimise complex systems and replace repetitive tasks with intelligent automation? In this position, you combine cloud engineering, infrastructure management and scripting into powerful IT solutions. You can expect technical challenges, creative freedom and the opportunity to sustainably further develop innovative platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and further development of modern IT infrastructures based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Building and optimising cloud-based services as well as hybrid system architectures
Automating administrative processes with PowerShell and reusable script solutions
Further development of identity and access management concepts with Microsoft Entra ID
Administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services for secure and efficient digital collaboration
Planning and implementation of system migrations, technical modernisations and cloud transformations
Development of standardised configurations and automated deployment processes
Monitoring system availability, analysing technical faults and sustainable troubleshooting
Implementation of security policies, authorisation concepts and modern protection mechanisms
Optimisation of backup, recovery and operational concepts to increase resilience
Analysis of existing system landscapes and identification of automation and efficiency potentials
Creation of technical concepts and documentation as well as continuous improvement of operational processes
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science, system engineering, platform development or comparable practical qualification
Several years of experience in system engineering, cloud engineering or operation of complex IT infrastructures
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Very good PowerShell skills for automating administrative tasks
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, user management and modern authorisation concepts
Understanding of hybrid infrastructures, network basics and cloud-based system architectures
Knowledge in endpoint management, security configurations and technical operational processes
Experience with monitoring, incident management and structured fault analysis
Ideally knowledge in Infrastructure as Code, for example with Terraform or Bicep
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Initiative, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for technical development
Interest in current cloud technologies, automation and modern engineering methods
