Export Clerk with French Language Skills 60% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a successful Swiss company in the machinery and industrial sector with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You keep customer master data continuously up to date and complete.
You record quotations based on incoming enquiries and coordinate their administrative processing.
You ensure the correct handling of national and international orders.
You create and document invoices after order processing.
You prepare customs and shipping documents for cross-border deliveries.
You check export regulations and take care of the necessary permits.
You organise chamber of commerce documents such as certificates of origin when required.
You operate the telephone switchboard and ensure professional customer service.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education, preferably in trade or industry.
You have experience with international customers and export processes.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is expected.
ERP experience facilitates your familiarisation with existing processes.
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
A strong customer orientation is part of your working style.
You have a very good command of German; English is a plus.
You use French confidently in spoken and written form.
