Start your future at Visana and actively shape your training. At our headquarters in Bern, we offer you a KV internship position in the service & administration sector from summer 2027. From the very beginning, you will be part of the team and take on exciting tasks. We support you in optimally linking your practical knowledge with what you learn at vocational school. Competent trainers and colleagues will accompany you and are always available to assist you with professional and personal questions.

Your tasks

• During your training, you will rotate through various departments and gain exciting insights into areas such as finance, human resources, real estate, controlling, and other specialist areas
• You will handle written and telephone enquiries from customers as well as internal and external contacts
• You will assist in organising, coordinating, and conducting meetings, events, and functions
• You will take responsibility for your own tasks and learn to work independently and reliably

Your profile

• You are attending a school-organised basic education (SOG) in the field of commercial clerk EFZ and are looking for an internship in the service & administration sector to complete your training
• You hold a valid Swiss Olympic Talent Card (at least regional squad)

• You find it easy to make contact and have an outgoing personality
• You enjoy working on the computer and are familiar with MS Office
• You are enthusiastic, motivated, and have a high level of commitment
