Role:
In this exciting role, you will take on the management and implementation of ventilation and air conditioning projects from planning to handover. You coordinate construction sites, bring project participants together and ensure that quality, costs and deadlines are met. You are the central contact person for customers, specialist planners and builders.
Responsibilities:
Leading, organising and realising ventilation and air conditioning projects
Preparing quotations and procuring the required materials
Participating in construction and coordination meetings
Handover of construction sites to specialist planners and builders
Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and cost control
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in the field of ventilation or air conditioning technology
Several years of professional experience in project management
Ideally further training as a Technician HF/FH or Engineer FH
Initial leadership experience or a pronounced flair for dealing with people
Resilient, responsible and customer-oriented personality
