Junior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Support of customer environments via remote support as well as on-site
Monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring stable IT infrastructure operations
Installation and configuration of servers, PCs, laptops and peripheral devices
Analysis and resolution of technical faults to ensure smooth system operation
Support in the administration and further development of Microsoft, VMware, and Hyper-V environments
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in IT administration and technical support
Good experience with Microsoft technologies, VMware and Hyper-V
Practical experience in installation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems
Category B driving licence for on-site customer support
Very good German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
