As an IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d), you manage demanding customer environments and successfully implement individual IT solutions. You ensure the stable operation of modern Microsoft infrastructures and support the further development of systems and services. You analyse and resolve technical challenges in the areas of support, servers and networks and accompany customers with their IT requirements. With your expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions and virtualisation, you make an important contribution to reliable and future-proof IT environments. You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, customer contact and scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
Planning, configuring and implementing individual IT solutions for different customer requirements and system landscapes
Ensuring professional system documentation as well as maintaining and further developing technical documents
Conducting fault analyses and sustainably resolving technical faults in 2nd-level support
Advising and supporting customers in IT projects as well as assisting in the creation of technical concepts and offers
Optimising existing IT services and infrastructures through active participation in improvements, expansions and new technologies
Contributing to project implementation and ensuring high quality of the supported customer solutions
Qualifications:
Technical training in computer science or ICT (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent qualification) as well as practical experience in the IT environment
Confident handling of modern Microsoft environments and ideally knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud technologies
Practical knowledge in managing IT infrastructures with interfaces to servers, networks and virtualisation solutions
Strong service orientation and enjoyment in competently advising customers and clearly communicating technical solutions
Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style with willingness to take responsibility in varied tasks
Category B driving licence and enjoyment of on-site customer assignments
