Independently analyse IT disruptions, identify causes of errors, and implement sustainable solutions for a stable IT infrastructure.
Administer, monitor, and continuously adapt the Microsoft system landscape to new technical requirements.
Ensure the reliable operation of the virtualisation and storage infrastructure as well as perform maintenance and monitoring tasks.
Participate in complex IT projects and contribute to the technical development of the existing system landscape.
Analyse existing IT processes and infrastructure solutions and identify optimisation opportunities for performance, availability, and security.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ level or a comparable qualification.
At least three years of professional experience in system administration or IT infrastructure environment.
Sound knowledge of network technologies, especially DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Microsoft system environments.
Experience with virtualisation platforms and storage systems as well as an analytical and independent working style.
Good German language skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
