Linux System Engineer (m/f/d)
DevOps consulting, development and operation. These ROCKEN® partners are system engineers who, in collaboration with developers, create scalable, easy-to-implement web applications. They advise on system architecture and operate web applications on various clouds in Switzerland and worldwide at cloud scale.
Responsibilities:
Building, operating and maintaining Linux infrastructures with Puppet and Ansible
Analysing and resolving incidents within the scope of incident management
Ensuring system availability including on-call duty
Optimising existing services for greater performance and stability
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on reliable infrastructure solutions
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Linux system administrator or engineer
Practical experience in operating productive enterprise systems
Openness to new tools, technologies and open-source solutions
Willingness to provide operational support including on-call duty
Very good German and English skills
