We are looking, for our client located in the Lausanne region, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Processing property accounting
• Processing invoices
• Managing bank accounts and cash flow
• Preparing budgets
• Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements

Profile :

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
  
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in property accounting and management
  
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
  
• Organised, responsible and autonomous person
