Customer Service Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Managing a defined customer base in ongoing business
Coordinating incoming orders until timely delivery
Coordinating delivery dates with production, sales, and logistics
Checking and preparing export and shipping documents
Managing customer information and order data in SAP R3
Handling export-related certificates, attestations, and proofs
Processing administrative tasks in the supply chain area
Supporting further processes within supply chain operations
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Professional experience in order management, customer service, or internal sales
Practical knowledge of export business and international goods traffic
Confident handling of customs issues and international shipping processes
User knowledge of SAP R3 and MS Office
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Customer-oriented communication and willingness to collaborate in a team
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
