Customer Service Officer Insurance DE/FR

Our client - a leading, highly specialised player in the insurance sector in the Bern area - is looking for reinforcement in the back office. Here you will find modern processes, flat hierarchies and a lot of personal responsibility!

Your main tasks:

• Processing applications, contracts and changes in the Property & Liability segment
• Second-level support for written and telephone customer enquiries
• Review and handling of claims in cooperation with specialists
• Maintenance of master data and active involvement in process optimisations
• Interface function between customers, partners and internal departments (DE/FR)

You bring the following:

• Commercial basic training in the insurance sector and a completed VBV certificate
• At least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on property & liability insurance
• Confident German and very good French skills (mandatory C1 level)
• Digital mindset (proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office)
• Precise, solution-oriented working style as well as high service orientation
