Operations Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing financial data and key figures of the department
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Identifying savings potentials and optimising financial processes
- Collaboration with various departments
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Use of SAP financial systems for efficient management and analysis of financial data
- Creating ad-hoc analyses as a basis for decision-making for operational management
- High service orientation
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a controller, preferably in the service sector and/or capital goods industry
- Sound knowledge of SAP financial systems
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively in a dynamic team environment
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
