Hospital Nurse (M/F)
Your duties
- Ensure patient care according to current quality and safety standards.
- Perform technical and relational care adapted to the patients’ health status.
- Monitor clinical progress and communicate relevant information to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in the development and follow-up of the care plan.
- Collaborate with doctors and various health professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Ensure traceability of care in the electronic patient record.
Your profile
- HES Nurse diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Minimum 2 years’ mandatory experience in acute care within a hospital setting.
- Excellent adaptability and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while favouring interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Availability for temporary assignments.
