What awaits you

• Taking calls and opening claims files
• Independent and customer-oriented management of claims files related to travel insurance (cancellation and interruption), baggage insurance, shopping insurance, etc.
• Decision-making and settlement of benefits in accordance with legal and contractual provisions
• Correspondence and interviews with the various parties involved in the claims settlement (insured persons, medical service, other insurers, lawyers)

Your skills

• Proven experience in managing travel cancellation claims (min. 2 years)
• Fluent in French and German (min. C1), very good knowledge of English (min. B2), good knowledge of Italian and Swiss German is an asset
• Excellent writing skills, strong motivation and ability to analyse and interpret various General Insurance Conditions to ensure precise and consistent handling of files independently
• Ease in telephone contacts and team spirit, good organisational skills, dynamism and versatility
• Flexibility, analytical mind and good stress resistance
• Proficient in IT tools (Office Suite)
