Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Handling and resolution of incidents, problems and changes as well as escalation if necessary
Support in the operation and maintenance of the Windows-/Linux server infrastructure including SQL, Exchange, VMware and Citrix
Participation in the optimisation and further development of the ICT infrastructure as well as in IT projects
Creation and maintenance of service and system documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as well as experience in user support
Sound knowledge of Windows client/server environments, VMware/Proxmox, Citrix terminal servers and Linux servers
Experience in the administration and monitoring of private and public cloud environments
Strong analytical and methodical skills as well as an independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
