Accounting Clerk 40-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 85,000Role:
You are looking for a new challenge where you can apply your skills in finance and accounting. In this role, you take responsibility for finance and accounting and bring your entrepreneurial mindset. You are a strong and dynamic personality who feels comfortable in a professional environment. You are responsible for finance and accounting and make an impact with your entrepreneurial thinking. You are an important part of the finance and accounting team and bring your experience as a professional.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for daily and monthly closings, including evaluations and statistics
- In this role, you manage accounts receivable, including dunning
- As a finance & accounting clerk, you take care of voucher management
- You share responsibility for payroll accounting
- In this role, you act as the interface to external accounting
- You prepare and check all bank deposits and withdrawals
Qualifications:
- You have training in commercial and/or finance fields
- You have good MS Office skills, with Protel and Opera being advantageous
- You work precisely, carefully, and efficiently
- You demonstrate a high degree of independence, reliability, and organisational talent
- You speak good German, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- You have a flawless, customer-oriented manner
