Call Agent Certas Support Line 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the first point of contact for our customers on the phone and professionally and service-orientedly handle incoming enquiries to the Support Line. You receive customer concerns, carefully document them in the system, and forward them to the responsible specialist departments if necessary. In doing so, you ensure friendly and solution-oriented communication that delights our customers. You also handle written enquiries via e-mail and chat, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed basic training (industry-independent)

• Initial experience in customer service or telephone customer support is desirable

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

• Service-oriented and patient working style

• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and at least one foreign language (E/F/I) at B1 level

• Teamwork and resilience even in stressful situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours: shift work from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 22:00 (Sunday work in exceptional cases)
