Responsibilities:
- Carrying out spatial specialist coordination for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation systems (HVAC)
- Creation and maintenance of HVAC specialist models in Revit and other BIM tools
- Responsibility for project management and execution
- Collaboration with architects, engineers and other disciplines to ensure integration and coordination of HVAC systems
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner EFZ or in a related field
- Several years of professional experience in BIM modelling and coordination, ideally in the HVAC field
- Sound knowledge in modelling HVAC systems and spatial specialist coordination
- Confident handling of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk BIM360 (ACC), Navisworks and BIM Collab
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
