You have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As a Multi-site Cleaning Manager (Object Manager) at ISS, you lead employees, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction.

What awaits you

• Coordinate all cleaning activities
• Supervise teams and control service quality
• Prepare quotes and send them to clients
• Propose improvement solutions
• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Manage schedules and monitor hours
• Train new employees
• Manage equipment orders
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Occasional on-site assistance

What you bring

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations/cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar position with team management essential
• Fluency in spoken and written French (minimum B2)
• Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
• Driving licence
• Strong customer orientation
• Autonomous and responsible
• Good stress resistance
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High availability in terms of hours
