Responsibilities:
You manage international customer orders from recording to invoicing.
You coordinate import and export processes with customers, suppliers, and transport partners.
You monitor delivery dates and clarify deviations directly with those involved.
You process technical orders based on drawings and product documents.
You check order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices for completeness.
For recurring orders, you prepare calculations and offers.
You independently handle customer returns and administrative clarifications regarding deliveries.
You maintain master data and business contacts in the ERP and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical-commercial apprenticeship.
Several years of professional experience in import, export, or international order processing.
Experience dealing with international suppliers and freight forwarders is an advantage.
You have a good technical understanding and can interpret drawings.
Good user knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
You work independently, precisely, and keep an overview even with multiple shipments.
Customer orientation, initiative, and good organisation are part of your working style.
Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage.
