Technical Manager M/F

Our Client is a family-run agency in the Geneva area.

Discreet, their priority is listening and supporting all their owners in the management of their real estate assets.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

- Management of a small real estate portfolio in the Canton of Geneva (private owners only)

- Organisation and execution of entry and exit condition reports

- Monitoring all types of work (small renovations, complete renovations, facades, roofs, etc.)

- Regular contact with tenants, owners and contracted companies

Candidate Profile

- Degree in real estate or construction

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in Switzerland required

- Very good knowledge of the construction market in Geneva

- Proven experience in managing all types of work

- Previous experience as a Draftsman or Site Manager in Switzerland is an advantage
