Back Office Clerk

For our client, a renowned industry leader in the social insurance sector in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a dynamic individual for a versatile hub function with a 60 to 80% workload. Here you do not just "process paperwork", but contribute to the security of supply in Switzerland.

In this generalist role, you are the first point of contact and at the same time the administrative support in the background:

• Stakeholder management: Competent advice and support (phone/email) for partners and insured persons.

• Process responsibility: Receipt and end-to-end processing of applications – from recording to payment or invoicing.

• Support Public Services: Active support of mandate management in administrative tasks in the area of mandatory stockholding.

• Quality assurance: Carrying out control tasks in the processing process as well as taking on ad hoc projects.

• Background: Commercial basic training or equivalent further education.

• Experience: Ideally professional experience in a similar role, contact with social insurances is a great plus.

• Language skills: Flawless German and good French skills (mandatory); Italian is your joker.

• Technical affinity: Proficient use of the MS Office suite and experience with ERP systems.

• Personality: Strong communication skills, reliable and enjoys working in a highly specialised environment.
