Mission

• You lead the transport team in French-speaking Switzerland, consisting of around 150 employees across several sites, and ensure optimal planning, development and training of staff
• You develop and implement the delivery strategy for French-speaking Switzerland and plan various scenarios for delivery areas
• You manage daily activities and, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, ensure complete and timely delivery of customer orders
• You are responsible for costs, budget and fleet management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and legal requirements
• You continuously optimise internal processes, monitor market developments, develop new, more efficient delivery strategies and participate in or lead projects related to delivery logistics

Required skills

• You have training in logistics and transport, complemented by higher education
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including practical experience in a management role, and proven leadership skills in a modern logistics company
• You are comfortable communicating with various interlocutors and stand out for a strong customer orientation
• You are a communicative, flexible, assertive personality with a global vision, excellent organisational skills and a genuine interest in process optimisation
• You are proficient in MS Office as well as various logistics tools such as SAP, are a native French speaker and have at least B2 level German. You are also willing to travel within the coop.ch delivery area in French-speaking Switzerland (pool vehicle available at the workplace)
