As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for legally correct contracts. In close cooperation with our lawyers and account managers, you negotiate contracts with our customers and suppliers in our favour and ensure contract administration as well as invoicing.
Tasks and Responsibilities
You review, create, adapt and negotiate customer, partner and supplier contracts as well as service level agreements and ensure their legally compliant approval.
You plan and manage contract renewals together with the account managers and ensure their timely conclusion.
You are the central contact person for contractual questions and coordinate complex cases with Group Legal and Compliance.
You develop and maintain contract templates, general terms and conditions, templates and standardised contract processes.
You are responsible for central, audit-proof contract management including data quality, deadline monitoring, KPIs, reports and periodic billing.
You analyse contract risks, advise sales on offers and contract design, and conduct negotiations with customers and strategic partners together with the KAM.
Profile and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable qualification
Good expertise in Swiss contract and obligations law
Experience in handling contracts, ideally in the technical field (e.g. telecommunications or IT)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of SLA management and service business is an advantage
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
