Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
IT projects need someone who keeps an overview while still diving deep into technical details. As a Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer, you take on exactly this dual role. You independently lead projects from the initial requirement to stable operation and at the same time ensure that the Microsoft infrastructure runs reliably. You find your place between planning, coordination and operational system management. Those who like to shape and take responsibility at the same time are right here.
Responsibilities:
You independently lead IT projects, from requirements gathering through planning and implementation to handover to operations
You coordinate internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and keep track of deadlines, risks and documentation
You manage and develop central Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP as well as file and print services
You actively contribute to the further development of the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) environment
You manage Identity & Access Management with Microsoft Entra ID and continue to expand it
Additionally, you analyse technical faults, coordinate their resolution and support first-level support including occasional on-call duties
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in computer science, preferably system engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
You bring several years of experience in a broadly based IT infrastructure or system engineering role
Practical experience in leading and implementing IT projects is part of your profile
You have solid knowledge in building, configuring and operating Microsoft server and client infrastructures; Linux knowledge is an advantage
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID complete your technical profile
Additionally, you have basic knowledge of network technologies, DNS, DHCP and virtualisation as well as very good German and solid technical English skills
