Lead Assembler Photovoltaics (a)

Your tasks

• Assembly & Installation: You install photovoltaic systems and storage batteries.

• Site Management: You take the lead of the assembly team and are responsible for operational management on site.

• Safety & Quality: You are responsible for compliance with safety regulations and ensure quality assurance.

• Coordination: You work closely with project management and are the competent contact person for customers.

• Training: You have completed a basic craft or technical training.
  
  

• Experience: Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of photovoltaics. Experience as a foreman and/or assembly manager is important for this role.
  
  

• Personality: You are an organisational talent, a team player, and characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and performance orientation.
  
  

• Mobility: You hold a category B driving licence and are ready for assembly assignments throughout Switzerland.
  
  

• Passion: You have an active interest in renewable energies.
