Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in export and international customer management? In this versatile role, you will accompany cross-border business processes, coordinate collaboration with various departments, and ensure reliable handling of international customer orders.
Responsibilities:
You manage international customer orders and coordinate their processing with production sites and internal departments.
You organise worldwide goods deliveries and provide the necessary export, customs, and shipping documents.
You support sales in preparing offers and calculations as well as in commercial queries.
You monitor outstanding customer receivables and credit limits and coordinate international payment and document transactions.
You handle customer complaints, keep CRM data up to date, and initiate necessary credit notes.
You coordinate goods inspections and the certification of trade documents.
You participate in billing, closing tasks, and internal controls and support cross-departmental coordination.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma and further training in export or foreign trade.
You have at least three years of professional experience in export and/or foreign trade or international logistics.
You are well versed in customs and export formalities, international trade documents, and Incoterms.
You have confident SAP user skills.
You impress with organisational talent, personal responsibility, reliability, as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
You have very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
