Role:
Numbers are your world and you want to take on more than just posting daily transactions? In this role, you can expect a broad range of activities in finance and accounting where you can independently contribute your experience. You will accompany various financial processes, support closings and tax matters, and provide important foundations for internal decisions. At the same time, you will have space to question processes and actively drive improvements.
Responsibilities:
You monitor the various accounting areas and ensure correct reconciliations as well as a reliable data basis
You prepare periodic closings and carry out the associated postings and controls
You analyse accounts and financial data, identify discrepancies, and clarify open points
You create meaningful evaluations and prepare financial information clearly for various stakeholders
You support planning and budgeting work and compile relevant figures and foundations
You handle various accounting-related questions and develop appropriate solutions
You participate in projects in the finance area and independently take on defined tasks
You support the further development of digital working methods and financial systems
You collaborate with internal as well as external contacts and ensure professional communication
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of practical experience in a comparable role
You are familiar with financial accounting and the most important closing processes
You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting and are familiar with tax matters
You are proficient in Excel and familiar with common digital financial solutions
You have very good German language skills
