IT & Business Applications Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
Connecting technology, data and processes: This position is aimed at an IT-savvy individual who not only solves problems but actively wants to contribute to how a company works digitally. Besides the operational IT environment, the role offers plenty of scope for business intelligence, system optimisation and taking on own projects.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for internal users on technical questions and digital challenges
Ensuring a powerful and user-friendly Microsoft 365 workplace
Building and further developing meaningful Power BI solutions for management, sales and operational departments
Preparation, analysis and visualisation of relevant company data as a basis for well-founded decisions
Further development and optimisation of central business applications focusing on ERP, CRM and integrated system landscapes
Identification of digitalisation potentials and implementation of more efficient digital processes
Participation in cross-departmental IT and transformation projects
Management and coordination of external IT service providers and technology partners
Structuring IT knowledge through modern documentation, knowledge bases and comprehensible user guides
Taking on own projects and gradually expanding the area of responsibility
Prospective development into a central specialist and leadership role within IT
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical field
Professional experience in IT, business applications, system support or IT support
Very good user knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Interest in Power BI, data analysis and modern business intelligence methods
Understanding of ERP, CRM and digital business processes
Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Enjoy connecting technical contexts with business requirements
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Strong communication skills in exchange with users, departments and external technology partners
Motivation to continuously develop professionally and take on more responsibility in the long term
