IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
System Administration: Responsible for the setup, operation, and expansion of Windows server and client systems
Application Maintenance: Support in maintaining and expanding applications as well as software distribution
Support of Web Applications: Optimisation and ensuring smooth usage
Second-Level Support: Efficient resolution of technical challenges
Customer Support: Direct contact with customers to ensure excellent service
Qualifications:
IT training as well as experience in first-, second-, and third-level support
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Azure and Office365
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
