Building Services Planner Sanitary (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is a modern planning company for holistic building services solutions and supports demanding construction projects from planning to implementation. As a building services planner sanitary, you will take on versatile planning and project tasks and work closely with project management, clients and other specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
Independently plan and process sanitary projects
Create CAD plans, schematics and technical details
Support project management in planning and coordination
Participate in client and project meetings
Accompany shell construction and ceiling inspections
Support in tenders and bids
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner sanitary EFZ
Good knowledge of CAD, ideally also in 3D planning
Confident handling of MS Office
Independent and reliable working style
Enjoyment of demanding construction projects and teamwork
Good German language skills spoken and written
