ICT Citrix Specialist (m/f/d)

Operation and further development of the Citrix farms as well as implementation of customer projects in the Citrix environment
Administration, support, and further development of cloud services
Close collaboration with the service desk and active knowledge transfer
Creation and maintenance of technical concepts and documentation
Support in presales activities as well as technical consulting and customer support
Central contact person for technical customer inquiries and solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as a system technician EFZ or higher education (HF/FH); Citrix certifications such as CCP-V/CCE-V are an advantage
Experience in 2nd-/3rd-level support as well as in projects and administration of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and NetScaler
Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2016+, remote services, networks, firewalls, and server virtualisation
Strong troubleshooting skills, high willingness to learn, and openness to related fields
Experience with ITIL and service management as well as ticket systems is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
