Construction Manager: in Zug Specialising in Shell Construction
Construction Manager: in Shell Construction (80–100%)
Region Zug | Major Project | Start by Arrangement
Large projects require people who keep an overview.
A demanding shell construction requires more than good planning. It is crucial that everything on site works together: people, materials, schedules, and the various trades.
For a significant major project in the Zug region, we are looking for a construction manager specialising in shell construction who enjoys taking responsibility, thinks ahead, and keeps an overview even in complex construction processes.
You don’t just want to supervise the next construction site, but to work on a project that challenges you professionally and opens up new perspectives? Then we want to get to know you.
Losinger Marazzi has been one of the leading companies in the Swiss construction industry for over 100 years. We develop and realise demanding construction projects, focusing on quality, innovation, and a partnership-based collaboration.
What you can achieve with us
As a construction manager in shell construction, you are close to the action. You coordinate the work on site, liaise with the various project participants, and ensure that the shell construction progresses professionally, safely, and on schedule.
Specifically, this means:
• Coordinating shell construction work: You organise and supervise the execution, from preparatory work through the individual construction phases to the handover to the subsequent trades.
• Managing construction processes: You plan the upcoming work together with the project team, coordinate resources, and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Keeping quality in view: You monitor the execution, detect deviations early, and ensure that technical requirements and quality standards are met.
• Ensuring collaboration: You are an important contact person for construction companies, specialist planners, and other project participants.
• Monitoring costs and schedules: You track construction progress, support cost control, and contribute to change orders, measurements, and approvals.
• Finding practical solutions: On a large construction site, not everything always goes according to plan. You identify challenges, set priorities, and develop viable solutions together with the team.
• Ensuring safety: You ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and promote responsible working practices on site.
You are not alone in this. You work closely with an experienced project team and can draw on the expertise of various specialists.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a person who knows the everyday life on construction sites, enjoys taking responsibility, and convinces both technically and personally.
Ideally, you bring:
• A basic technical construction education with further training as a construction manager, HF technician, civil engineer, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the execution of building construction projects, preferably in shell construction
• Good knowledge of shell construction processes, construction workflows, and relevant technical requirements
• Organisational talent, an independent working style, and a good sense of priorities
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different professional groups
• Assertiveness without losing sight of a partnership-based approach
• Interest in further professional development and taking on additional responsibility
What makes this position special

Perspectives beyond the project
We want to attract employees not only for a single project but to work with them long-term. Whether you want to develop into an experienced construction manager for major projects or take on additional leadership responsibilities later: we support your professional development.
What you can look forward to
In addition to an exciting role and a collegial working environment, we offer attractive employment conditions:
