Finance & Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF88,000 - 98,000Role:
For an established Swiss company, we are looking for a reliable and independent individual to strengthen the finance team. You can expect a versatile position in which you take responsibility for key areas of financial accounting while also managing administrative tasks and supporting the training of apprentices.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable and ensure correct processing of business transactions
You independently prepare monthly financial statements and compile financial reports
You take charge of the dunning process and initiate further steps if necessary
You post bank vouchers and manage cash and credit card reconciliations
You prepare the quarterly VAT returns
You perform cancellations and rebookings in the invoicing area
You work closely with the finance management, payroll, and other internal departments
You accompany and support commercial apprentices during their training
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
You have further training in accounting and bring several years of professional experience
You possess solid knowledge in financial accounting as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable
You are willing to train as a vocational trainer or already hold this qualification
You have very good German skills and good French skills
