Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

Role:
For an established Swiss company in the construction and infrastructure sector, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead the fixed assets accounting. You will lead a small team, be responsible for key processes around depreciation, capitalisations and financial statements, and simultaneously develop systems and procedures in your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
You will lead a small team professionally and ensure efficient collaboration
You will be responsible for the monthly depreciation and capitalisation runs as well as the associated reconciliations
You will coordinate the year-end closing activities in fixed assets accounting and support inventories
You will perform reconciliations in the general ledger and assist with the review and processing of creditor invoices
You will manage the relevant ERP functions, coordinate system updates and ensure their professional implementation
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and sound knowledge of accounting
You bring leadership experience as well as experience in participating in year-end closings
You are familiar with fixed assets and financial accounting and ideally have experience with ERP systems such as Abacus
Fluent German language skills are required
