As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions for government and institutional customers. Acting as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to transform complex requirements and data into operational capabilities and actionable insights.
ROLE
- Lead the delivery of bespoke digital solutions for governments and institutional clients, with a focus on AI sovereignty and technology neutrality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Software Development (Back-end, Front-end, DevOps, UX/UI), Business Intelligence, and Data Science to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Orchestrate Sovereign Data, Intelligence Analysis, and OSINT activities to collect, enrich, and analyze information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Capture and channel demand for new projects and product developments.
- Identify opportunities for commercial expansion and additional value creation within existing customer engagements, collaborating with commercial teams to support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Propose solutions with associated effort and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with solution roadmaps and existing platforms.
- Conduct meetings with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly communicate delivery plans to internal stakeholders.
- Organize work packages and define key milestones to ensure effective coordination across delivery teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to project requirements, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Align delivery plans with project timelines and priorities through the project core team.
- Maintain project management tools and documentation up to date.
PROFILE
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the delivery of software and digital solutions is required.
- Experience working with government and institutional clients.
- Exposure to Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Statistics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into value-added solution proposals.
- Strong project management skills; PMP or HERMES certification is considered an asset.
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- International exposure and willingness to travel.
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working and ability to balance Agile delivery with contractual commitments.
- Strong analytical skills, with an autonomous, curious, trustworthy, and results-oriented mindset.
- Team player able to thrive in a multicultural environment while working independently when needed.
- Fluent in English and French.
