Export Specialist with Organisational Talent 80% (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you familiar with international shipments and able to keep track of multiple customer orders? In this role, you coordinate order processing, handle important shipping documents, and ensure reliable collaboration between customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You ensure reliable processing of customer orders and monitor their further progress.
You prepare shipping and customs documents for international deliveries.
You coordinate goods deliveries with transport partners and keep an eye on agreed deadlines.
You create order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
You keep business documents up to date and organise their filing in the document management system.
You are an important contact person for customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments and resolve open issues.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial vocational training.
You bring several years of experience in export processing, logistics, or commercial order processing.
Ideally, you have good SAP user knowledge.
You are confident in using Microsoft Excel.
You are characterised by initiative, reliability, organisational talent, as well as a communicative and customer-oriented working style.
