100% Wealth Management Client Advisor (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a 100% permanent contract Wealth Management Client Advisor based in Geneva. The colleague will join the bank's Wealth Management department.

Our client is a well-established bank in Switzerland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the bank and the Wealth Management department;
• Management and retention of an existing investment client portfolio, mainly domiciled in Switzerland;
• Development of private and corporate clients in the field of wealth management;
• Acquisition of new clients and new client assets in the French-speaking Swiss market, through active prospecting and a very good external network of contacts;
• Comprehensive analysis of financial needs and investment advice;
• Close collaboration with the Financial Planning team, the branch network and the Corporate department;
• Monitoring of financial markets and trends in wealth management;
• Involvement in regional and local life;
• Training of colleagues if necessary;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Recognised Swiss banking training or higher academic education (Diploma in banking economics, Financial Advisor Certificate, Bachelor / Master in Banking and Finance);
• SAQ CWMA certification;
• Similar and significant experience of at least five years in wealth management advisory within a Swiss banking institution is essential;
• Proven skills in managing and developing a portfolio of Swiss private clients;
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss pension system and financial planning;
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation and regulation in financial advice;
• Comfortable using common IT tools (MS Office suite);
• Excellent presentation, strong client orientation, business sense and negotiation skills;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with high growth targets;
• Rigorous, analytical mindset and adaptability;
• Sense of confidentiality;
• Swiss residence ideally.
