Business Analyst in Customer Service for Payment Transactions & Receivables Management

Behind a functioning payment transaction system are not only processes but also people, systems and the right solutions at the right time. In this key role, you ensure that our payment transaction platforms and interfaces operate reliably and are continuously developed. You work closely with specialist departments, IT, banks and external partners, analyse complex issues and contribute your technical understanding to projects, testing as well as the optimisation and automation of processes. What to expect

• Responsibility for technical operations (SAP, TWINT, eBill, payment files and other interfaces)
• Analysis and resolution of disruptions as well as ensuring smooth operation in payment transactions
• Interface function between specialist departments, IT, banks and other internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects and testing
• Identification and implementation of process optimisations and automations
• Creation of requirements for IT development (requirements engineering)
• Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team and professional support of employees
• Occasional support in the operational day-to-day business of payment transactions and receivables management

What you bring

• Strong technical understanding and high affinity for systems and processes
• Enjoyment in analysing complex issues as well as ad-hoc tasks and troubleshooting
• Independent, solution-oriented and networked way of working
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by relevant further education or professional experience
