Your Mission
- You plan, structure, and accompany the practical training of apprentices and students and support them specifically in their learning process
- You conduct competency and qualification discussions and ensure a clear, comprehensible learning development
- You are the first point of contact for educational matters on the thoracic surgery ward and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment within the team
- You participate in projects, working groups, and development processes, especially in education and quality development
- You actively work in thoracic surgical patient care and serve as a professional role model in clinical everyday life
What distinguishes you?
- Qualified nurse HF/FH with proven further education in education (e.g. SVEB, CAS or equivalent)
- Experience in guiding and supporting apprentices and students as well as good knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Confidence in conducting competency assessments and enjoyment of practical, structured educational work
- High communication, team, and organisational skills as well as a clear, reliable working style
- You are eager to take responsibility, drive topics forward, and make education visible on the ward
