Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces innovative machinery and vehicle solutions for professional applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. An international environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
You handle export orders from recording to shipping.
You coordinate shipping processes with freight forwarders and involved specialist departments.
You check customs and foreign trade regulations for international deliveries.
You prepare the necessary export documents completely and on time.
You assign goods to the correct customs tariff numbers.
You assess dual-use matters based on applicable regulations.
You coordinate deliveries and orders with sales, logistics, and service.
You support customers and external partners with export-related enquiries.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to export or freight forwarding
Further training in export, foreign trade, or international logistics
Practical experience in international order and shipping processing
Knowledge of customs law and foreign trade
Experience with ERP applications and common MS Office programmes
Independent and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
Clear communication and good collaboration with various contacts
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
