Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (80-100%)

As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you are our central expert for all compensation matters. You work closely with our Chief People Management Officer and support top management, the remuneration committee and the board of directors with sound analyses and decision-making foundations. At the same time, you continuously develop our compensation models and incentive programmes, actively shaping the future of our reward management.
What to expect:
You are responsible for all topics related to Compensation & Benefits and are the central contact person for management, HR and other stakeholders
You work closely with the Chief People Management Officer and prepare analyses, reports and decision-making bases for the remuneration committee and the board of directors
You analyse compensation data, conduct market and competitive comparisons and develop well-founded recommendations for management and executive board
You are responsible for our grading, compensation and incentive models, continuously develop them and ensure their consistency, market appropriateness and governance
You are responsible for the annual remuneration report
You accompany the annual salary and bonus round
You participate in cross-departmental projects and actively contribute your expertise
You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
What we are looking for:
Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or HR Controlling
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
Experience with variable compensation models, bonus or incentive systems
Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in preparing complex issues in a structured and understandable way
Confident appearance at top management level and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
High degree of personal responsibility, discretion and integrity
Fluent German and English skills
