Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Workplace

• You are responsible for the technical implementation and operation of modern IT infrastructures

• You further develop Microsoft 365 and workplace solutions and ensure stable operation

• You reliably and transparently implement Move, Add & Change requirements

Projects & Architecture

• You take technical responsibility in IT projects and contribute your experience already in the conceptual phase

• You develop solution concepts and system architectures that are technically sensible and sustainable in operation

• You support complex technical issues and accompany solutions until productive implementation

Managed Services & Customers

• You manage existing managed services and support their continuous development

• You take on demanding 2nd and 3rd level support and analyse even complex faults

• You support sales and presales with customer enquiries, technical concepts, and solution proposals

• You ensure transparent documentation and pass on your knowledge to relevant parties

Qualifications:

• You have a technical basic education as well as further training at HF/FH level in computer science

• You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure

• You are very proficient in Microsoft 365, workplace, and Microsoft technologies

• Ideally, you have Microsoft Certified Expert certifications or a comparable technical qualification

• You know the requirements of ITIL and managed services from practice

• You can communicate technical matters understandably to both specialists and customers

• You work independently, solution-oriented, and service-oriented

• You hold a driving licence of category B

• You have very good German skills and good English skills
