With its 800 collaborators, the Intercantonal Hospital of Broye (HIB) provides acute and rehabilitation care. Its ambition is to be a dynamic, innovative health institution aiming for excellence for the benefit of the Broye population. To meet the many challenges ahead, HIB is looking for a:
Specialised Clinical Nurse (ICLS) 80% to 100%
Your mission
The CTR has 47 hospital beds and is organised into two sectors. Its mission is to provide rehabilitation care (musculoskeletal, geriatrics and internal medicine-oncology) for adult patients from the Broye region. The service works closely with the entire medical-therapeutic platform and institutional multidisciplinary actors. The nursing team consists of about 35 FTE under the supervision of two ICUS.
Your tasks:
- Carry out clinical practice 40-50% directly with patients
- Assess and analyse complex care situations and propose necessary actions
- Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the nursing management
- Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety and efficiency of care
- Provide supportive and empowering clinical supervision to members of the nursing team
- Contribute to the development of the team’s skills, the reorganisation of the service and support change
- Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care
- Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy
- Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care
Your assets
- You hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences and, if possible, experience in hospital geriatric and/or rehabilitation care.
- Proactive by nature, your technical, organisational and interpersonal skills enable you to provide quality care.
- With good communication skills, you have a strong interest in quality of care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- You demonstrate sociability, genuine clinical leadership and creativity.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English and computer tools is essential.
Start date: immediately or by agreement.
